Rali Mampeule is a tireless entrepreneur and advocate for affordable housing. He is the founder of the South African Housing and Infrastructure Fund (SAHIF), which has successfully delivered 68,000 units of land housing opportunities over the past 5 years in South Africa. Rali also promotes digital inclusivity through his investment in MetroFibre Networx, providing reliable and quality fibre internet connectivity to more than 144,000 homes in South Africa.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mampeule generously assisted the Ikemeleng Community in Roodeport by donating 75 temporary units using Innovative Building Technologies (IBT). These units provided safe housing for over 300 people during the crisis.

Rali is actively involved in several startup businesses, including his support for Green Riders, a last mile mobility delivery business. This initiative empowers youth, saves the environment, and aims to create 50,000 green jobs over the next 5 years, ultimately improving the lives of some South African families.

Additionally, Mampeule has recently invested in South African sports through the Supreme Fight League (SFL), a kickboxing league registered with the South African Kickboxing Association (SAKA). With 133 registered kickboxing clubs, his goal is to create sporting opportunities for young people of all backgrounds and prepare them for the 2028 Olympics.

Together with his wife, Makentse Mampeule, Rali is involved in various community support initiatives. They are the founding donors of the Global Surgery Foundation (GSF), a foundation aligned with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and based in Switzerland. The GSF aims to ensure access to safe and affordable surgery for all people. In addition, through the Mampeule Foundation education bursary program, they have sponsored and supported over 60 students through universities and higher academic institutions in South Africa.

• Served as Group Chief Financial Officer and executive director of Rebosis Property Fund Limited.
• Served as Chief Executive Officer of Ascension Properties Limited.
• Also served on the board of New Frontier Properties in the UK as a non-executive director and chairman of the investment committee.
• Led the structuring, negotiation, and execution of over R15 billion of listed property investments including the listing of 2 companies on the JSE and SEM.
